This Privacy Policy describes how SoftwarePlus Tech Inc. ("SoftwarePlus," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Voicemail by SoftwarePlus Tech service (the "Service"), available at voicemail.softwareplus.app.

Information we collect

• Account information you provide when you sign up: your name, mobile phone number, and (optionally) email address.
• Voicemail content: audio recordings of voicemails left for you, the caller's phone number, and the date, time, and duration of each message.
• Service usage data: delivery status of notifications and basic logs needed to operate and support the Service.
• Contacts you provide (optional): if you upload a contacts file or connect your Google account, the names and phone numbers of your contacts — used only to show you the caller's name on your voicemails and missed calls.

How we use your information

• To deliver your voicemails to you as text messages (SMS/MMS) with the audio attached.
• To set up, operate, maintain, and support your account.
• To respond to your requests and provide customer support.
• To comply with legal obligations.

Text messaging and your mobile information

We will not share or sell your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, your mobile opt-in data, or your SMS/MMS consent with any third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected for the purpose of delivering your voicemail notifications is used solely to provide the Service and is not shared with any third parties except the messaging carriers and infrastructure providers strictly necessary to transmit your messages to you.

You can opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

Service providers

We use trusted third-party providers to operate the Service — for example, a telecommunications provider to receive calls and send messages, and a cloud hosting and storage provider to run the Service and store voicemail recordings. These providers process information only as needed to perform services for us and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Google Contacts (optional)

If you choose to connect your Google account, we request permission to access your Google Contacts so we can show the names of people who call you — instead of just their phone numbers — on your voicemail notifications and in your dashboard. With your permission we read your contacts' names and phone numbers. If you turn on the option to keep your contacts in sync, contacts you upload to the Service that are not already in your Google Contacts may be added to your Google Contacts.

We store only the contact names and phone numbers needed to identify your callers, and we use this information solely to provide the caller-identification feature to you. We do not sell, rent, or share your Google data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except as needed for security or support or where required by law. You can disconnect your Google account at any time in your account settings (which stops further access), and you may request deletion of the imported data.

Limited Use: Voicemail by SoftwarePlus Tech's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data retention

We retain voicemail recordings and account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated recordings at any time by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.

Your choices

• Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us.

Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
