Terms of Service

Last updated: June 13, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Voicemail by SoftwarePlus Tech service (the "Service") provided by SoftwarePlus Tech Inc. ("SoftwarePlus," "we," "us," or "our"). By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Voicemail by SoftwarePlus Tech receives voicemails left for your forwarded phone number, records them, and delivers them to your mobile number as text messages (SMS/MMS) with the audio attached. You are responsible for correctly configuring call forwarding with your carrier; we will provide instructions to help.

Messaging consent

By signing up, you consent to receive voicemail notification text messages from us at the mobile number you provide. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help. If you opt out, we may be unable to deliver your voicemails by text.

Acceptable use

Fees

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Applicable fees, billing terms, and cancellation options will be disclosed to you before you are charged.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every voicemail will be received, recorded, or delivered without delay or error, including factors outside our control such as carrier networks or device limitations. Do not rely on the Service as your sole means of receiving time-critical or emergency communications.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoftwarePlus will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service and may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
